🌿 Shared Practice — Open Practice SessionsAlexander Sunday is a space for exchange and shared exploration within the wider field of Alexander Technique. It operates cross-schools and independent of associations.Starting in June, there will be regular Shared Practice sessions at the Alexander Technique Centre Berlin.These gatherings are intended as open spaces for practice, beginning with small thematic prompts that serve as a starting point for a shared field of experimentation, perception, movement, and exchange.While the Alexander Technique serves as a common point of reference, the format is intentionally open to people with different backgrounds and levels of experience — AT teachers, students, and anyone interested are warmly welcome.Possible themes and directions include:• gravity and grace
• face the surface
• both/and
• thinking speed
• boundaries without borders
• let’s play
• doing things with words
• moving mobiles
• serving the situation
• imagine otherwise
